Valsan’s heritage of craftsmanship and innovative design dates back to 1923. As a large importer of European bathroom accessories, the company had enjoyed success as a go-to source for retailers and distributors. Over time, Valsan realized that to grow it must present a refreshed brand and its product collections directly to consumers. Valsan challenged Create to help the new brand, website, and digital marketing.


Tapping into its European heritage and distinctly American way of doing business, Create developed the new Valsan logo, wordmark, and brand identity. The logo expresses the unmatched level of detail for which the company is known. The custom wordmark uses a sleek and traditional styling of san-serif letterforms. The soft blue-grey color palette expresses a watery sophistication. Having and managing a compelling, transaction-enabled website was a big step forward for Valsan. Success demands a responsive website design that works within the larger ecosystem of an enterprise marketing strategy. Create also created and implemented Valsan’s marketing program, including all print and digital materials.
